Connect Management, a leading Talent Agency in the UK, is expanding its Influencer Marketing Agency team and is seeking an Influencer Marketing Associate.

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Identifying and engaging with creators
  • Providing comprehensive support for influencer and social media campaigns, which includes outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and assisting with post-campaign evaluations as necessary.
  • Managing multiple campaigns concurrently, collaborating with your project teams to offer support as required.
  • Documenting meeting discussions and disseminating notes to the team.
  • Reviewing content and providing constructive feedback to creators and talent agencies.
  • Analyzing campaign performance by gathering creator insights and contributing to reporting efforts.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of all tasks while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with talent agencies.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1 year of experience in social media (either in-house or agency) or in a comparable agency setting (e.g., PR, creative, digital).
  • Strong interest in social and digital marketing, with a solid understanding of influencer marketing and various social media platforms.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Influencer Marketing and Social Metrics (Impressions / Reach / Engagements).
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and numerical skills.
  • Proficient in project management, highly organized, ambitious, and detail-oriented, with the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and ambitious with a positive attitude.
  • A dynamic individual who can work independently as well as collaboratively within a growing team.
  • Someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on additional responsibilities and advance within the organization.
  • Proven ability to delegate tasks and prioritize a fluctuating workload.
