Account Manager, Influencer Marketing

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and meticulous individual to join our Client Services team as a Client Services Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of creator and branded content campaigns, with a focus on key social platforms including TikTok, Meta, and Snap.
Key Responsibilities- Review and ensure creator content meets campaign briefing requirements and expectations.
- Build and nurture relationships with creators and talent management agencies.
- Support the campaigns team with strategic creator research, vetting, sourcing, and outreach.
- Oversee and manage campaigns via our platform, Waves, including brief and content uploads and creator payments.
- Ensure all campaigns are set up correctly across platforms.
- Support Account Managers and Senior Account Managers with daily campaign statuses and updates.
- Work on end-of-campaign reports to exceed client expectations.
- Passion for creators and familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Snap.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High energy and ability to multitask with a focus on prioritizing tasks.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Able to build strong rapport and relationships both internally and externally.
