Counter Sales Person

We are seeking a skilled Counter Sales Person to join our team at Huws Gray Pwllheli Plumbing.

As a Counter Sales Person, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and suppliers, while driving branch sales and profit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve customers with a high level of customer service, both in-store and over the phone.
  • Provide quotes, follow up on enquiries, and develop sales leads to increase branch sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant paperwork and administration to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to advise customers on the best products available.
  • Maintain product displays and shop areas, ensuring they are fully stocked and appealing to customers.

We value individuality and offer training and tools to support your success as a Counter Sales Person. Previous experience in a similar industry or knowledge of building materials is beneficial. A full UK driving licence is required for this role, as you will need to drive our 3.5T flatbed van.
