At RedCat Digital, we're seeking a talented Digital Product Manager to drive innovation and efficiency across our products and platforms. As a key member of our team, you'll focus on the b2b side of our business, leveraging your expertise to drive business audit, innovation, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the digital product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and digital transformation goals
  • Lead product ownership of core applications, driving product development and improvement
  • Build and maintain key relationships between commercial and technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration
  • Ensure all platforms comply with data protection and security standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity
  • Support M&A activities by integrating new teams into our technology framework, driving growth and success
  • Research and explore GenAI use cases for future advancements, staying at the forefront of industry trends

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing digital products and programs, with a strong track record of success
  • Preference for candidates with experience in audit, accounting, financial services, or similar industries
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Good analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to drive business decisions
  • Beneficial if candidates have knowledge of auditing, accountants, business services, professional services, etc.
