Job Title: Operations Administrator - Manufacturing

Vacancy Type: Full-time, Permanent and On-site 5 days per week

You will support our production, maintenance, and procurement teams with administrative tasks like record-keeping and contractor management, helping drive our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in cross-functional order intake meetings to ensure accurate order entry.
  • Manage multiple inboxes and maintain organised record-keeping and contractor paperwork.
  • Proven experience with business MRP systems and customer portal applications.
  • Strong IT proficiency, including advanced use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Expertise in building and managing supplier and customer relationships.
