Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Insights and Analysis: Provide market insights, analyze revenue trends, and quantify P&L impacts to inform business decisions.
  • Business Performance Management: Use management information systems to assess business performance, support profitability, and strategy.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage senior stakeholders both internally and externally across the wider business.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and provide analytical support for projects and investments.
  • Investment Analysis: Analyze investment opportunities and support acquisition transitions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with Business Development Managers on loan guarantee scheme proposals and maintain focus on profitable margins and costs.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Be a qualified accountant with experience as a Commercial Finance Business Partner.
  • Skills: Possess project management skills or qualifications, experience in building sound business cases, and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
  • Experience: Proven experience in performing root cause analysis, developing, and implementing process improvements and robust controls.
