Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Support Assistant to provide tailored support within an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work part-time, Monday to Friday, during morning hours.
  • Engage in one-on-one support for a young learner with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • Collaborate effectively with classroom educators to enhance the learning experience.

Compensation:

Competitive daily rate of £13.50.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in an educational environment.
  • Level 2 qualification in teaching and learning support is essential.
  • Experience in implementing positive behavior management strategies.
  • Ability to adapt approaches based on individual student needs.
  • Demonstrate reliability and a positive attitude towards education.
  • Familiarity with safeguarding protocols is required.

The educational institution promotes a welcoming atmosphere, supported by experienced staff who assist new team members in acclimating to their roles.
