Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Executive Grocery to join our team based in Central England. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our grocery customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive availability and secondary placements of Red Bull products in grocery stores.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Area Managers, Regional Buyers, and Multiple Site Owners.
- Work closely with our field sales agency to align on store-level availability, merchandising, and visibility priorities.
- Plan, forecast, track, and review sales performance and availability for all grocery groups and stores.
- Ensure all customer contacts and stores in your territory are visited as frequently as required.
- Proven sales skills with an ability to sell and negotiate effectively.
- Track record of achieving targets and meeting sales goals.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to utilize data to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and be out in the field for extended periods.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Grocery channel experience, such as retail management, field sales, or other FMCG experience.
