Job Title: Regional Account Executive Grocery

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Executive Grocery to join our team based in Central England. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our grocery customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive availability and secondary placements of Red Bull products in grocery stores.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Area Managers, Regional Buyers, and Multiple Site Owners.
  • Work closely with our field sales agency to align on store-level availability, merchandising, and visibility priorities.
  • Plan, forecast, track, and review sales performance and availability for all grocery groups and stores.
  • Ensure all customer contacts and stores in your territory are visited as frequently as required.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales skills with an ability to sell and negotiate effectively.
  • Track record of achieving targets and meeting sales goals.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to utilize data to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and be out in the field for extended periods.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Grocery channel experience, such as retail management, field sales, or other FMCG experience.
