About the Role

Virtus Talent is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire candidate recruitment process, from sourcing and qualifying candidates to negotiating offers and building relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, internal databases, and social media to find high-quality professionals who match our clients' requirements.
  • Candidate Qualification: Assess candidates' suitability against specific client requirements through telephone-based interviews and assessments.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Offer Negotiation: Negotiate offers with candidates to ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process.
  • Database Management: Update and maintain our in-house database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on candidates and clients.

Requirements
