We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Empty Homes Cleaner. As a key member of our Facilities Management service, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to vacant properties across Kirklees.
About the Role
This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week, with a salary of £11.79 per hour. You will be part of our specialist cleaning team, providing a cleaning service to Kirklees Homes & Neighbourhoods (KH&N) and Buildings Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Clear and clean empty homes, including houses, flats, and bungalows, to achieve the Lettable standard and agreed standards.
- Ensure high-quality cleaning is provided in a safe and efficient manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other building users to maintain a safe and clean environment.
