Position: Procurement Coordinator

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Our client is dedicated to pioneering a new era of energy through sustainable and renewable solutions.

Due to the expansion of their operations in the UK, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Coordinator at their central office.

Role Overview: We are seeking vibrant and motivated individuals with exceptional communication abilities.

Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of procurement activities, including:

  • Managing supplier relationships
  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new suppliers
  • Updating systems and contracts
  • Handling invoicing
  • Assisting with budget management

A significant aspect of your role will involve generating reports for the organization.

Position Details:

  • Type: Temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate
  • Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday, with flexible hours between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM
  • Compensation: £14.50 per hour
  • Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days remote (post-training period)

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in procurement at any level
  • Administrative focus with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to collaborate with other departments, such as Finance, when necessary
