Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Gloucester. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant equipment and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and diagnose equipment failures, and implement effective solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve long-term engineering issues and improve overall plant efficiency.
  • Locate and procure spare parts, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance routines to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve planned preventative maintenance goals.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer role within manufacturing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Relevant qualifications, including NVQ level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
