Business Development Manager

At Accomplish Today, we're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive profitable, long-term business growth by nurturing new and existing relationships with construction recruitment agencies and end clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a general strategy across all managed accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Drive sales activity within pre-defined lists of allocated accounts, working closely with internal teams to service and grow agencies and clients.
  • Build strong relationships at senior levels within client accounts, conducting face-to-face and video meetings to foster growth and identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct field-based activities to sustain and grow accounts, including working outside of office hours to organize and attend networking events.
  • Measure success through periodic survey results, demonstrating market-leading support and driving business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients and agencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with senior-level clients.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven sales activity.
