We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team at Procentia, a leading provider of pensions software solutions. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the development and delivery of our flagship product, IntelliPen, a state-of-the-art pensions and benefits administration system.
About the RoleAs a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to ensure that our products meet the evolving needs of the pensions industry. You will be responsible for prioritizing product features, managing the backlog, and ensuring that our products are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the pensions industry, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
- Define and deliver the product roadmap, working closely with stakeholders and customers to ensure that our products meet their needs.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to ensure that our products are delivered to the highest standards.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure that our products meet their expectations.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for future development.
- 5+ years of experience in a product management role, preferably in the pensions or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products and features.
- Strong understanding of the pensions industry, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
