Coating Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Coating Specialist to join our client's team in their period of expansion. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for operating a spray booth by programming CNC or robotic equipment, loading and unloading components, and preparing them for coating.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program and operate CNC or robotic equipment to apply coatings to components
- Load and unload components from the spray booth
- Prepare components for coating by cleaning and drying
- Monitor and maintain the quality of the coating process
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient and effective production
Requirements:
- Experience in a production environment, preferably in a coating or surface finishing role
- Strong technical skills, including programming and operation of CNC or robotic equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
