Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Coating Technician to join our client's team in their period of expansion. As a Coating Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a spray booth by programming CNC or robotic equipment to apply coatings to various components.
• Load and unload components from the spray booth, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
• Prepare components for coating by cleaning, degreasing, and drying.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of coatings, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize coating processes and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of coating processes and materials.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
