We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Relief Support Worker to join our team at United Response. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a young lady with Down syndrome and autism in Weston-super-Mare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to enable the individual to live a fulfilling life
  • Encourage and facilitate participation in activities and hobbies, such as visiting The Playhouse and attending music festivals
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the individual, their family, and other stakeholders

Requirements
