Digital Client Strategist

Black Press Media is seeking a skilled Client Strategy Manager to join our team in Surrey, British Columbia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing client acquisition strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in Western Canada.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute client acquisition plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Director of Client Strategy and VP Digital Operations to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Manage and develop an account list for regional, provincial, and national advertisers and digital agencies.
- Determine client needs and develop advertising proposals based on solutions.
- Work with management and client strategy reps to increase revenue across all divisions.
- Collaborate with Director of Client Strategy and VP Digital Operations on sales trainings for staff across the entire Canadian Operations.
- Establish greater client connections, grow sales productivity, and knowledge, and validate market readiness for Canadian Operations in collaboration with the Director of Client Strategy and VP Digital Operations.
- Lead the customer acquisition process to build above industry standards for digital advertising through continual education and self-development.
- Stay up-to-date on new products and trends within the digital marketing industry.
- Work cross-functionally between various departments to help measure, analyze, and enhance the performance of revenue generation and audience development activities.
- Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop unique selling propositions.
