Digital Marketing Strategist
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Profiles Creative. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge paid search and social media campaigns that drive exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with internal teams to craft and execute paid search and social media campaigns
* Build and optimize high-impact paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms
* Oversee the creation, implementation, and optimization of campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
* Work closely with content, design, and social media teams to produce high-performing ad creatives and align paid campaigns with organic efforts
* Implement testing strategies to continually enhance campaign performance and adapt to industry trends and platform changes
* Stay informed about industry developments to adjust strategies and maintain competitive campaign performance
Requirements
* At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, in-house or agency, with hands-on experience setting up and managing Paid Search & Social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and more
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, confident in sharing ideas and opinions, both internally and with clients
