About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accident and Emergency Nurse to join our Colorectal/Gen Surg team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and effective care environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert nursing care to patients with complex surgical needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice guidelines
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experience
Person Specification
  • Significant post-basic experience in General Surgery, ENT, or Urology
  • Urology Trauma & Orthopaedics Perceptorship experience
  • RN Adults qualification and current NMC registration
  • Degree level qualification in a health-related subject
