About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accident and Emergency Nurse to join our Colorectal/Gen Surg team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and effective care environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
  • Work closely with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Person Specification
  • Significant post-basic experience in General Surgery, ENT, or Urology.
  • Urology Trauma & Orthopaedics Perceptorship experience.
  • RN Adults qualification and current NMC registration.
  • Degree level qualification in a health-related subject.
