Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Centre Support Worker to join our team at Red 5 People. As a key member of our team, you will be working in a unique ex-offender community hub, providing support and guidance to individuals as they navigate their journey towards rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one support to clients, helping them access essential services such as housing, benefits, and healthcare.
  • Facilitate weekly doughnut and debate clubs, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
  • Work with clients to develop life skills, including budgeting, cooking, and general wellness.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide employment support and training opportunities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have experience working within the criminal justice system or in a similar support role. You will be passionate about rehabilitation and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our clients.
