Job Summary

The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is a world-renowned cancer research centre, partnering with The Institute of Cancer Research to drive innovative treatments and improve patient outcomes. We are seeking a highly skilled Research Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team in the Haematology Research Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient arrangements for specialist investigations as part of research protocols.
  • Assess patients prior to trial treatment, monitor their progress, and follow up after completion of trial treatment, adhering to protocol requirements.
  • Collect and accurately record data in accordance with trial protocol specifications.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NMC registration.
  • Post-registration experience in cancer care.
  • BSc/MSc or studying at a relevant level.
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.

Desirable qualifications include a recognized cancer nursing qualification and research methods education.
