- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures, ensuring best practice and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to the development and mentorship of junior staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Master's degree in Advanced Practice or a related field.
- Post-basic qualification in specialty and Non-Medical Prescriber (Independent) status.
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration (Part 1 Adult / General Level 1 or 2) or AHP with current HCPC registration.
- Significant post-registration experience, preferably in Acute Medicine or Urgent Care.
