Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in our luxury footwear department. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to maintain high standards of visual presentation, support the management team, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer service is of the highest standards at all times, providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving all store and company sales targets, operations goals, policies, and procedures.
  • Protect the Kurt Geiger brand and maintain excellent visual presentation in the footwear department.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Support the management team in training and developing the team to maximize sales.
  • Contribute to performance management of the team and support with floor control.
  • Assist in resolving customer queries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a retail environment, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with the management team and colleagues.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of visual presentation and ensure the footwear department is consistently presented to a high standard.
  • Knowledge of luxury footwear and ability to stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
