About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm Design Engineer to join our team. As a Fire Alarm Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing fire alarm systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend site meetings and surveys to discuss fire alarm compliance requirements and system options with clients.
  • Design fire alarm systems using AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with FIA and BAFE regulations.
  • Advise clients on potential non-compliance issues and provide technical support.
  • Assist with fire alarm audits and documentation.
  • Provide technical support to internal staff and external clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Fire Alarm Design Engineer or Design Manager with strong FIA and BAFE compliance knowledge.
  • Strong user of AutoCAD for designing fire alarm systems.
  • Experience working to BAFE and FIA standards.
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant British Standards, regulations, and legislation.
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel to client sites.
