Job Title: Fire and Security Systems Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Fire and Security Systems Specialist to join our team at Get Staff. As a Fire and Security Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, service, and repair of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, service, and repair of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems
- Take responsibility for the overall quality of the work delivered on-site
- Carry out effective communications with the client and administration team
- Ensure the company meets its obligations and adheres to guidelines and regulations laid down by the professional bodies they subscribe to
- Work closely with other engineers and provide support and training to more junior members of the team
Requirements:
- Ideally 3 years' experience working within a similar role
- Good understanding of most systems e.g. Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control is preferred
- Knowledge of a range of manufacturers
- You will be willing to learn new systems
- You will hold a Full UK driving Licence or equivalent
- A drive and enthusiasm to grab hold of opportunities
- A positive attitude and the ability to self-motivate is a must
- Experience of an electrical background would also be very useful
Package Overview:
- £32,000- £38,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
- Plenty of opportunities to increase earnings if wanted
- Company vehicle, pension scheme, fuel card, laptop & mobile phone
- Full-time, permanent
- Hours of work- Monday to Friday (40 hours a week)
- Excellent progression and training opportunities
- Field based role covering a number of sites
