Are you an experienced professional with a commitment to excellence in Highways infrastructure initiatives? We are looking for a dedicated Project Site Supervisor to become a vital part of our innovative team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that projects are carried out safely, efficiently, and within financial parameters.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage collaboratively with designers and stakeholders to ensure project coherence.
  • Work in close partnership with the Senior Project Manager, estimating, and commercial teams to formulate and secure comprehensive budgets and project proposals.
  • Facilitate collaborative sessions as necessary to propel project advancement and creativity.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial protocols in procurement activities, aiming for maximum value.
  • Oversee all pre-commencement and regulatory obligations, ensuring adherence prior to project launch.
  • Plan and manage the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring all Temporary Works (TW) processes are effectively implemented.
  • Coordinate with utility services and establish site offices and compounds.
  • Promote the integration of innovative technologies and methodologies to improve project results.
  • Collaborate with the Risk Manager to identify and mitigate project risks and seize opportunities.
  • Take responsibility for project delivery and quality standards, ensuring compliance with specifications.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Membership in a relevant professional institution
  • Temporary Works Coordinator certification
  • Experience as a Utility Service Coordinator
