Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with the Health Visiting Team to deliver health promotion advice and facilitate healthy baby clinics.
- Support the development and implementation of programmes of care to meet the needs of children and their families.
- Participate in training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Work in partnership with other disciplines and agencies to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals, families, and communities.
- First-level registered nurse qualification.
- Evidence of ongoing education and professional development.
- Maintenance of professional development.
- Desirable: RN Children's Nursing, Paediatric experience, Supervision of staff, Implementation of new ideas/practices, Experience of assessing and learning and mentoring student nurses.
