Job Opportunity at the Office for Nuclear Regulation
We are seeking an experienced HR People Services Manager to join our team at the Office for Nuclear Regulation. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in providing expert support to our organisation.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR services to our senior leaders, inspection teams, and corporate functions. This will include answering queries, advising on policy, and providing guidance on benefits, absence management, and other HR-related matters.
You will also be responsible for analysing HR data, providing management information to stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations. Additionally, you will support strategic projects and initiatives, providing expertise and guidance to the HR team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have CIPD membership (level 3 or above) and experience in HR, preferably in a public sector role. You should be comfortable dealing with casework, Microsoft Excel, and stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
