The Campus Accommodation Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the out-of-hours pastoral support service for students at Goldsmiths, University of London. This position is integral to enhancing the student experience within our housing facilities through the Residence Life initiative.

By collaborating with essential stakeholders and colleagues across the Student and Academic Services Directorate, this role serves as a vital connection in supporting students, particularly those residing in Goldsmiths-managed housing and accommodations operated by partner organizations.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will possess a background in team management, with a passion for engaging with individuals. They will be an effective communicator and listener, capable of making independent decisions while emphasizing high-quality teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration.

A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is essential, along with an understanding of the diverse needs of a multi-national student body and local community.

This role entails a dynamic and varied workload throughout the academic year, necessitating excellent organizational skills, creativity, and the motivation to improve services and processes to ensure a superior student experience.

Work Schedule

The position requires alternating weekly shifts, typically Monday to Friday from 11am to 7pm and from 9am to 5pm, facilitating a smooth transition with the out-of-hours support team.
