At Millennium Information Services, we are a leading national provider of property inspection services and innovative process management solutions for property and casualty insurance companies.


**We are seeking a skilled Field Inspector to join our team**


**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Route and perform property inspections in assigned territories.
  • Complete inspection reports within a 15-20 day timeframe.
  • Obtain photos of properties, outbuildings, and any hazards/deficiencies, and sketch the footprint of properties and outbuildings when necessary.
  • Input inspection information into our proprietary system.


**Requirements:**

  • Previous property inspection experience is a plus.
  • General construction knowledge.
  • Availability to work daytime hours, Monday-Friday, for inspections and training.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Smart phone required.
  • Dependable vehicle needed.


**Benefits:**

  • Fees paid per inspection via direct deposit on a regular schedule as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
  • Fee range from $10.00-$20.00 exterior and $40-$90 interior, per inspection.
  • Inspector is responsible for building inspection schedule, expenses, and taxes. EIN is required (Application FREE).
