Key Responsibilities

As a Culinary Service Associate, your primary focus will be on front-of-house operations, directly engaging with our guests. You will greet and assist all visitors to the café, ensuring they have a delightful experience. Your enthusiasm for customer service, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence will be essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere. This dynamic environment requires strong teamwork and adaptability.
You will be attentive to guest needs, providing assistance and recommendations as necessary. Maintaining high standards of food and beverage presentation and preparation is crucial. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that all displays and signage are accurate and visually appealing. Occasionally, you may assist the kitchen team with food preparation tasks.
Comprehensive training will be provided, including induction, allergen awareness, and food safety protocols, along with opportunities for further professional development.

No prior experience is required, but we are particularly interested in candidates who are:
