Search is seeking an experienced and quality-driven Customer Service & Export Team Leader to oversee their internal Customer Service team.
This is a fast-paced role that requires strong leadership and management skills to coordinate, manage, and process orders and requests from customers based in the UK and internationally.
The ideal candidate will have experience supervising/managing a customer service team, sales order processing, and strong knowledge of international shipping/export. They will also possess strong IT skills and be able to coach, train, and motivate the team on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a small customer service team handling the coordination, management, and processing of orders and requests from customers
- Coach, train, and motivate the team on a daily basis
- Act as a senior point of contact for customer inquiries
- Oversee the full export cycle, including shipping documentation
Person Specification:
- Experience supervising/managing a customer service team
- Experience of sales order processing
- Strong knowledge of international shipping/export
- Strong IT skills
