Position Overview:Join our esteemed culinary team at SMYTH & CO LUXURY CONSULTANTS LTD, where we are dedicated to delivering an exceptional dining experience. We are seeking a skilled Line Cook Supervisor to contribute to our high-end culinary operations.
Role Details:
Location: New York City, USA
Compensation: $20 per hour
Estimated Annual Earnings: $60,000
Work Schedule: 48 to 52 hours per week
Shift Structure: 3 double shifts and 1 single shift, with 3 days off
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily kitchen functions and ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes that align with our Mediterranean fine dining ethos.
- Supervise junior kitchen personnel, ensuring consistent performance and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage kitchen inventory effectively, ensuring optimal use of supplies.
- Participate in menu creation and uphold exceptional standards of food presentation.
