Protection Specialist

Command Recruitment is seeking a skilled Protection Advisor to join their team. As a Protection Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and quotations on protection insurance contracts to clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, a great telephone manner, and a desire to succeed and progress in their career. They will also have the ability to organise and manage leads, cases, and systems.
The successful candidate will be working in a busy office with a motivated and cohesive team. They will benefit from top-notch training and support, as well as a progressive business environment.
The role offers a competitive salary of £22-£29k basic + commission, with an uncapped OTE of £80k. The working hours are 5 days a week, including every other Saturday, with a negotiable schedule for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert advice and quotations on protection insurance contracts
- Managing leads, cases, and systems
- Working with processing to ensure pipeline cases are managed
- Ensuring excellent customer experience
- Contributing to the company culture
