We are seeking a driven and determined Protection Advisor to join our team at BCT Resourcing.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading Mortgage Intermediary, advising clients on residential and commercial property protection insurance contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional and compliant advice to clients on protection insurance contracts
- Achieve sales performance targets and ensure excellent customer experience
- Manage leads, cases, and systems to ensure efficient pipeline management
- Contribute to a culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
- Strong sales background and desire to progress in Financial Services
- Great telephone manner and ability to organise and manage leads, cases, and systems
- CeMap qualification or currently studying CeMap
- Knowledge of protection & insurance contracts (desirable)
Competitive salary and uncapped OTE (£80k), 5-day working week with negotiable hours, and a great working environment.
