About the Role: We are currently collaborating with a prominent construction firm to identify a skilled HR Consultant to enhance their dedicated team on a permanent basis.

Compensation and Benefits: The position offers a competitive salary of up to £44,000 per annum, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide initial support to line managers regarding policy content and its application.
  • Assist and advise as a note-taker in employment relations matters, including probation reviews, performance development reviews, investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and flexible working requests.
  • Coach managers on employment relations processes and timelines to mitigate risks to the organization.
  • Review and revise policies and procedures to align with evolving work practices as necessary.
  • Support the Head of HR in the implementation and delivery of HR processes and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify business challenges, share insights, and escalate where HR can introduce new or adapt existing policies and practices for improved service delivery.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the HR team to ensure cohesive and consistent support across the organization.
