En tant que technicien de service, vous serez chargé de l'entretien et de la réparation de générateurs allant de 20KVA à 1250KVA ainsi que d'autres équipements de notre gamme, en fournissant un service sur site aux clients. Cela inclura l'identification et la documentation des dommages aux machines et la tenue de dossiers de service et de maintenance précis et complets. Il est également très important que vous communiquiez efficacement, en veillant à ce que votre responsable hiérarchique et les clients soient informés comme il se doit.

En collaborant avec vos collègues, vous serez un excellent joueur d'équipe et vous prendrez soin de votre lieu de travail et de votre environnement, en veillant à ce que des normes élevées soient maintenues tout en respectant les procédures et processus de l'entreprise.

Pour réussir en tant que technicien de service, vous devrez apporter les compétences et comportements suivants :

  • Expérience préalable dans l'industrie des générateurs ou un domaine similaire
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe, en soutenant vos collègues
  • Flexible et autonome, vous serez désireux d'embrasser de nouvelles opportunités de formation, ce qui peut parfois nécessiter de rester loin de chez vous
  • Excellentes compétences en communication – tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
  • Orienté client avec un engagement à fournir un service excellent
  • Compétences efficaces en planification et en organisation avec une grande attention aux détails et à la précision
  • Un permis de conduire valide avec pas plus de 6 points
