Job Title: Field Services Technician

Exponential-e is seeking a skilled Field Services Technician to join our team. As a Field Services Technician, you will be responsible for onsite cabling and hardware duties at customer sites region wide.

About the Role

We are looking for a professional who can work closely with existing Field Service Technicians and our customers, being part of an excellent team who are progressive, flexible, supportive and logistically advanced.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Actively travel to multiple customer cluster sites to co-ordinate onsite cabling and hardware installation duties.
  2. Work with Core Network and Managed Hosting teams to ensure hardware is correctly deployed and connectivity is tested and reachable remotely.
  3. Maintain a professional and disciplined approach when working within Exponential-e Client Premises, Data Centres & Telephone Exchanges.
  4. After 3 months, you'll be up to speed and in full motion of the projects seeing your work to completion in real time.
Requirements
  1. Experience with hands-on work/projects.
  2. Flexible on travel and working away with a "can do" attitude.
