Field Service Engineer Opportunity

Osborne Appointments is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our client's successful team in the Midlands region.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the field service industry and/or food industry knowledge, with a strong background in electro-mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and motor control circuitry.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional service and support for customers by performing field service installation, startup, repairs, and maintenance of FMCG Machinery.
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner and that the customer is left feeling cared for.
  • Work effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Apprenticeship or equivalent Electro-mechanical experience preferred.
  • PLC's with Ladder Logic knowledge is advantageous.
  • Must be able to read and understand electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams.
  • Possess a full valid driver's license.
