We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at FCC Environment Careers. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including the HRCs, MBT, MRF, TS & IVC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing and future operational facilities, developing new opportunities within the area.
  • Implement the Group's Health and Safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and good practice.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and customer service.
  • Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
