Job Summary:
As an Optical Assistant with Inspired Selections, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the success of our optical services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Optical Assistant to join our team, working closely with an Optometrist to conduct eye tests and convert them into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a clinical and caring service to all patients, adapting to their individual needs and requirements.
- Work closely with the Optometrist to conduct eye tests and convert them into sales.
- Liaise with the Optometrist throughout the day, planning journeys and meeting at designated venues.
- Dispense optical products to all levels, confidently and accurately.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of our optical services.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Optical Assistant.
- Ability to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 5:30.
- Full, manual driving license.
- Excellent chair-side manner and patient care skills.
