About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Activities Coordinator to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for our residents.

Your primary responsibility will be to devise imaginative, fun, and motivational activities that cater to every interest and ability. This will involve getting to know our residents and their families, understanding their needs, and creating tailored activity programs that maximize their wellbeing, independence, and social engagement.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a warm and empathetic personality, excellent organizational skills, and a driven mindset. Your infectious enthusiasm and creative approach will inspire our residents and staff to participate in activities both within the home and in the local community.

We welcome applicants with similar experience, but it is not essential. What is essential is your ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, think creatively, and provide exceptional care and support to our residents.
