**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Achieve Together. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their homes and local communities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide person-centered support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and carers.
