About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to join our growing team at Intapp. As a Principal Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in leading the technical delivery of our solutions, built upon our market-leading products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical delivery of Intapp solutions, ensuring seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Support project Functional Leads in the implementation of customer designs, providing expert technical guidance and advice.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to customers, providing analysis and implementation recommendations.
  • Lead clients to utilize industry-leading practices, ensuring optimal use of our solutions.
  • Provide analysis of client needs and implementation recommendations, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Lead or assist in the review of requirements and business processes to design new business processes, delivering innovative solutions.
  • Support other Intapp operations, including Support, Customer Success, Product, and more.
  • Conduct data management and data mapping workshops, ensuring effective solution implementation.
  • Create and maintain centralized implementation and training support collateral, enhancing team efficiency.
  • Work closely with project team members, including Engagement Managers, Principal Consultants, and Solution Engineers, to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with the product team to improve our solutions, ensuring they meet customer needs.
  • Work with the professional services team to improve processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support sales efforts, providing assistance in delivering new solutions to new clients.
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in a technical implementation leadership role within Professional Services in a SaaS organization.
  • Proven ability to coordinate work with all team members, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Organized, disciplined, and flexible, with strong task-switching and project management skills.
  • Emotionally intelligent, engaging listener, and thoughtful communicator, with exceptional written and verbal skills.
  • Strong communicator, personable, and collaborative, with a proven ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading business process reviews, design reviews, and change management with clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or strong related equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in web services (SOAP & REST), SQL, Boomi platform integration services, and development methodologies.
  • Excellent hands-on skills with office productivity tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).
  • Proven ability to learn and a strong desire to learn, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to explain software to non-technical users.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the legal sector, particularly with industry-standard legal software systems.
  • Experience with systems integrations, business process integrations, and automation, as well as master data management.
  • Experience with writing and maintaining Boomi integrations, and familiarity with new business intake and conflicts solutions.
  • Software development knowledge, with a strong understanding of logic, patterns, and algorithms.
  • Experience with other enterprise software systems (ERP, PMS, Financial, CRM, HR, etc.).
  • Cloud and SAAS experience, as well as proficiency in issue tracking systems (e.g. JIRA).
