About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SEO Lead to join our team at Fixed-Fee Placements. As an SEO Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive search engine optimization strategy to drive organic traffic and revenue growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement a search engine optimization strategy that aligns with the company's commercial goals.
  • Support the Lead Developer in creating a website that is optimized for search engines and meets the ever-changing expectations of consumers.
  • Develop and implement a content marketing strategy that supports SEO efforts and reaches potential customers at the early stages of their buying cycle.
  • Take a data-driven approach to determining the potential benefits of new product categories, brands, and other business initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of the company's Organic Search channel daily to identify weaknesses and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional knowledge of each aspect of SEO, including technical optimization, content creation, link acquisition, and brand development.
  • Excellent writing and editing abilities with a keen eye for detail and the ability to convey complex information concisely.
  • Great communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
