{"About the Role": "We are seeking an undergraduate to join our Sales team as a Sales Performance Insights undergraduate. As a Sales Performance Insights undergraduate, you will have the opportunity to work with the UK-wide retailer network to maximize Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results. You will assist the team in launching retailer targets, refreshing sales forecasts, and distributing the information to key stakeholders. You will also work with the teams to audit existing data and make recommendations for improvements. Additionally, you will ensure all relevant strategic sales developments are communicated to stakeholders through a variety of platforms to support in-field team engagement. You will create and update reports, empowering the sales team with the tools they need to succeed. You will also manage month-end reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will take ownership of personal projects that contribute to the team's overall success.

Responsibilities:

* Assist the team in launching retailer targets and refreshing sales forecasts
* Distribute information to key stakeholders
* Audit existing data and make recommendations for improvements
* Communicate strategic sales developments to stakeholders
* Create and update reports
* Manage month-end reporting processes
* Take ownership of personal projects

Requirements:

* Currently enrolled in a degree program in business management, economics, mathematics, or any related analytical or business-related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and a numerical aptitude
* IT literate with the ability to grasp new systems/skills in Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with confidence, while also being a collaborative team player
* Proficient in Excel and eager to expand technical skills in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau (experience preferable)

Our Process:

* Apply and upload your CV, covering letter, and answer a few application questions
* You will then be invited to complete a Situational Judgement Test. This is a short multiple-choice question set to understand how you may approach situations.
* If you pass this stage, you will be invited to complete an online video interview where you will have the opportunity to tell us more about yourself.
* If successful, your final step in the journey is to attend an assessment centre at our Milton Keynes office where you will take part in a group exercise, complete a short interview, and deliver a presentation. You will also meet some of our managers and our current Undergraduates to find out more about a placement year with us.
