About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading our bar and restaurant staff, ensuring that our high standards of service and quality are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of bar and restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
- Ensure that all aspects of the bar and restaurant operation are running smoothly, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of food and beverage service.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security in the bar and restaurant areas.
