Electrical Maintenance and Installation Role

We are seeking experienced Electricians to join our Estates / Facilities Management team, providing electrical maintenance and installation services for commercial buildings and living accommodation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Participation in the On-Call Rota, providing 24/7 support for electrical maintenance and repairs.
  • Completion of work-related documentation, including inspection reports and remedial work logs.

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent technical diploma, including the 18th Edition.
  • 3 years post-qualification experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a commercial setting.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and internal teams.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, working at height, and restrictive spaces.
  • High level of attention to detail, ensuring all work is completed accurately and to the highest standards.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
  • Ability to achieve full security clearance (SC).
